For this project My main contribution was designing the revamp, features and navigation to the user member page so that the user can interact with the platform more, enticing the user to check the points and when to move to the next member level and have seen the member's privileges at each level to persuade them to encourage purchase to get their privileges

Background:

The privilege of redeeming or bartering products has been a long-standing marketing tactic and I have been tasked with making it available online.

Project Summary & Impact

  • Marketing: Drive traffic to the user member page, create a page for the user to come in and be interested in the details on this page so that the drive sale for beginner users is interested in buying products to receive benefits

  • User: Create a user interaction page where the user is interested in changing their profile picture to establish ownership of the member page. Create a user freindly to achieve interest in this page and acknowledge the benefits of using points at the end.

Key Learning

  • .The intersection between business and user always has to have a link to call and persuade the user to pay attention to that, including the entrance that encourages to press in as well.

  • One thing I've learned from this project is that one way to get user attention is to let users interact with their page or profile. It drives traffic to get the user to stay on this page and pay attention to it. I choose to create a user story by drawing the user's attention to it first, then adding what the business needs, drive sales, and later.
