Product Onboarding

Within this project, my role involves spearheading the design and implementation of innovative UX and UI methods for KYC verification, as part of the product strategy. Our goal is to enhance the user experience for verified users significantly. Additionally, the project is strategically aligned with the business objective of offering a wider range of "servant platform" authentication options to users.

Project Summary & Impact

  • Business: Reduce the rejection rate of all KYC applications by up to 30% by supporting users. Use reliable sources of information before transferring information from another source. Instead of filling in incorrect information And there's no need to upload complicated documents.

  • User: User flow and onboarding were designed so that users could learn and understand how to authenticate. This method necessitates users leaving the platform, during which time they have no control over the user's entry and exit. Continue the list to bitkub and ensure that users choose this method appropriately (only with NDID), including.

  • Engineer: Design the receiving and assertion of receiving data from one method flows into bitkub, as well as the data separation between receiving data and user fields input.

Key Learning

  • One effective strategy for persuading users to use proposed methods is to present onboarding and provide the user with appropriate actions.

  • Provide a product experience that enables users to accept data transfers in accordance with their service terms. Additionally, make the user aware of the conditions. Filters accepted users and those who have registered their NDID so that the user does not end up in a prototype dead end.
