Project Summary & Impact
Business: 75% reduction in document upload rejection rate (calculating 100% of the rate of users uploading the wrong document) in exchange for increasing user action and uptime by Click on more actions. This project is considered proof of concept uploading the wrong documents according to business goals.
User: The user has a better understanding and awareness of the tasks that they have to do from the use of action logic, increasing the percentage in reading the action location and causing greater understanding, which the action increases the user without any pain.
Validate by Testing Moderate interview
Do the 2nd interview with the same group of users to validate the solution to see if the users have more awareness and understanding than before. Calculate the % of the success matrix in making the transaction so that there are no mistakes and rejects from each point compared to the % of the items. Originally done to find painpoint
Find insight painpoints with interviews.
Set test objectives in order to guide project-based question formation. Point out the pain that caused the rejection and understand the problem of the user by interviewing because it is best to find the pain that arises from discussing why the user did this, which resulted in the reject rate.
I choose to define pain with interviews to understand user problems before I start working. Given my data, it might not be enough for editing. Data is part of what I know what's going on, but interviews make me Know how the user feels, thinks and understands.
Create Concept solution & Prototype to solve pain
Improving from the pain of the interviewed users and checking the quality of the work with a heuristic evaluation analysis design. Here is some ui
Key Learning
What I have learned is I don't think everything can be perfected depending on the assigned project objective. For example, in this project, I chose to add time on tasks and user actions to make users understand transactions and reduce reject rate problems. In this project, there are many things that can be improved and here are some examples that I can share with you.
